​Chloe Parton is a Clinical Psychologist who has experience providing evidence-based psychological treatment across a wide range of mental health presentations. Chloe works with adolescents and adults and has supported clients across inpatient, outpatient, community, and private practice settings.

Chloe has particular training and experience working with emotion dysregulation and complex presentations, including borderline personality disorder and co-occurring mental health concerns. She has delivered both individual and group-based interventions in hospital and community contexts and is experienced in working with clients presenting with high levels of distress and risk.

Therapeutic Approach

Chloe primarily draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) as a foundation for her work, supporting clients to understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours and to develop practical strategies for change. She also integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), particularly when clients experience intense emotions, impulsive behaviours, or when traditional CBT approaches have not been effective.

Chloe values a human-to-human therapeutic approach, placing strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and collaborating closely with clients to identify and work toward their individual goals. She aims to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and supportive, allowing clients to explore their experiences at their own pace.
