Beth Cunningham is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in private practice and a diverse range of health, employment, and educational settings. Beth completed a Master of Clinical Psychology in 2002, which established the foundation for her extensive career in mental health care. Beth has worked with organisations such as the Queensland Health Hearing Loss Family Support Service, The University of Queensland’s Student Support Services, and within various private psychology practices.

Beth has a strong track record of successfully supporting adolescent and adult clients, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a wide array of mental health concerns. Beth is deeply committed to empowering clients to overcome obstacles and lead more meaningful, values-driven lives.

 

Beth practices within the frameworks of:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Motivational Interviewing
