Jayde Phillipson is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working with individuals and couples facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Drawing from her background in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-focused interventions, Jayde provides compassionate, tailored treatment aimed at promoting emotional healing and growth.
Throughout her career, Jayde has worked with a diverse clientele, including adults, couples, military personnel, police officers, emergency service workers, and corporate professionals. She has developed a deep understanding of the unique stressors and emotional difficulties faced by these groups, such as trauma-related disorders like PTSD, workplace stress, mood disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance dependence, and grief.
