Personal Profile

Lucy Michalewska is a highly experienced Registered Psychologist with endorsement in Health. She has extensive experience supporting individuals across a broad range of psychological and life challenges, with a particular interest in helping people understand themselves, navigate change and develop practical strategies for managing difficulties, enhancing quality of life and improving well-being.

Lucy takes an integrative and developmental approach which is neuro-affirming and trauma informed. She draws from a range of evidence-informed psychological frameworks tailoring therapy to identified individual aspirations, needs, goals and stage of life. The modalities which Lucy integrates in her practice embrace:
