She supports patients in navigating clinic processes, Medicare pathways, referrals, and documentation, and is always available to offer clear information and reassurance. Hermieny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Nutrition), which brings a valuable holistic perspective to her work. Her academic background and experience in the health and nutrition space allow her to appreciate the interconnectedness of mental health, physical health, and lifestyle factors. Her proactive, detail-oriented approach, combined with her naturally warm and welcoming manner, ensures that patients feel valued and well cared for throughout their journey with the Lightner Centre.
